I'm going to ask my PO sure, but I want to know if I could move out of my state Al. to a state where my crime is not a crime...in this case 2nd degree marijuana possession and if I could, say, move from alabama to somewhere marijuana is at least medicinally legal, would I still be on probation there?
Can I move to another state while on probation for 2nd degree possession?
