and have parental permission? Can I move out to a safe, stable environment in Florida if I am 17 years old and have parental permission?

My parents and I have decided that this would be the best issue, and getting legally emancipated in Florida is not an easy task. I was wondering, since I have parental permission and I do have a safe place to go that can sustain me, would this be allowed?
Okay.

What my parents are worried about is what if I get into legal trouble?

If I signed a contract explaining that they gave me permission to move out and that I will take all responsibility for anything that happens that was caused by me, would that hold up in any situation?

i don't think you have to be emancipated if your parents have given you permisson. unless your trying to get government assistance. my cousin did that. he gets a check every month for nothing

if you have parental permission then yes you can. no emancipation needed BUT the deal is, they are still in charge of you, they still have to sign things for you, pay for your needs (like bills, etc. ), and provide for you

I live in Cali but i doubt they can give bills (like electric and phone bills) to a 17 year old.
I understand being legally emancipated would take a lot of time but I would just wait another year
18 and your out! YEAH
