can i move on my 2nd year to another University to finish my psychology degree?

hi i just started studying BSC psychology Degree at Sheffield Hallam University, but now i changed my mind about the University becuase the sheffield University have more rereputation in psychology than hallam university, plus i met few people who says that sheffield uny teaches psychology better than hallam uny. i know its to late to apply 4 the sheffield uny, but if i finish my first year at hallam uny can i apply to continue my 2nd and 3rd year at sheffield uny?
PLZ help or tell me what to do, am confused
 
You should be able to finish your degree wherever you want, just be aware that different universities have different criteria so you may have to end up taking the same class over again just to satisfy their requirement.
