i have a kicker 750.1 amp and two kicker 12" cvr's in a sealed box. i am putting the subs in my trunk facing away from the engine and passengers. i want to mount the amp on the back of the box, not the top, so it would be right behind the seat. the problem is that i need to flip it upside-down to get the power and rca inputs on the correct side. will the amp be ok and not overheat?

you'll be fine, when i saw the question i thought it was gonna be you have the top (where the kicker decal is) facing the other way found that funny

but upside down left right doesnt matter, it has not actual moving parts on the inside of it so nothing will happen.. make sure when mounting it though.. especially to a seat.. mount it on top of a peice of MDF or partical board.. mount that down with some pretty good wood screws and use self-tapping screws to mount the actual amp to the particle board.

so mount a peice of wood onto your seat, and then the amp on top of that.. and with the kicker amps, they need GOOD airflow.. so mounting it in a trunk, behind the seat in between a seat and a box.. isnt the best place for it.. it will get hot fast because it wont have proper airflow.. so during the summer time keep and eye on it, may wanna look into amplifier cooling fans to place by it so it doesnt over heat and burn out.

it wont make a differenece it willl work fine and i had my 750.1 upside down at a time and it ran the same
