My car loan has really high fixed APR. If I call the bank do you think I can negotiate with them for lower APR? At the moment I owe more then my car is worth so refinancing is out of question (I tired), but good side of that is that therefore bank probably doesn't want to take it back. Any info would be appreciated!!!
