I started sprinting in April 2010, I was training until October 2010, In September my time was 11.8 seconds... after that I stopped training for 100m and started running 7-10 miles daily. I got slow. I was at 13.2 seconds in January 1 2011... So I decided to start training again, I told my coach and he started training me again. Its been almost 3 weeks and I'm already at 11.49 seconds in the 100m. Do you think I can lower my time to 10.9 or 10.8 seconds this year? If so, when could it be? I'm very motivated and am going to compete this year.
