Hello, I am 16 years old and school is about to begin once again. I'm planning to start eating right and cutting out all sweets from my diet, but because of the overload of school work, I'll only be able to exercise (high-intensity running on the treadmill for 30 minutes) on the weekends, twice a week.
Do you think that this will be alright if I hope to lose about 10 pounds? I'm a 5'3 female, about 128 lbs. All responses and advice is immensely appreciated. Thanks!
