can i lose weight by eating lean cuisines?

You shouldn't have two frozen meals a day. Even though Lean Cuisines are a much better option, you shouldn't have them every day. You can eat healthy by making things yourself. If you do have Lean Cuisines or other meals, try using the oven instead of the microwave. Heat is distributed better and it actually tastes better, but you have to make sure you are able to cook it in the oven by the instructions on the box. For other meals, you should try SmartOnes by Weight Watchers and Healthy Choice.

tell me how effective i can lose weight by doing this:
breakfast:special k cereal
lunch:lean cuisine meal
snack:parfait or sandwich
dinner:lean cuisine meal
snack: parfait or sandwich or something healthy

and i only drink water. also i go on my gazelle everyday for 30-60 minutes and i also go places like stores, friends house, beach, etc and do other things.
btw: im 16 years old, female. :)
and im 5'7 and weigh about 170 lbs
