Can I listen to music through a bluetooth set like this one (the one ppl wear while driving. not the big headphones)

I want to be able to listen to music @ work.. its SO quiet!! I CANT STAND IT!!! lol
if thats NOT possible with a regular bluetooth.. is there some sort of adapter I can stick into my ipod where I can use the simple bluetooth for music??
