The other night i had a small fire in my back garden to get rid of waste the fire Brigade turned up and said " coz someone has reported it they needed to extinguish it "

Surely this is not true, ive had many a fire in many a garden til now
Andrew L it was 1 fire , ive lived here 3 years and in this area its the burning cars we look out for

probably one of the nosey neighbours, you might have to stand near it in view of your neighbours just to show that you know it's there (lol). they probably have to because the call was true, just not arson or accidental lol

Be a good neighbour. It's not pleasant to have smokey bonfires every night, especially in this weather when the air quality is already bad.

Take bulky garden waste to the tip, everything else can be composted (just put it in a heap, it will soon rot down).

Yes, Have the waste in a 55 gallon drum and use a tiny bit (one cup for every 20 lbs) of white gas (NOT GASOLINE), or kerosene. have a fire extinguisher ready to show anyone that may show up just how responsible you are.
