I took a few classes at a community college when I was in high school, about 7 years ago. My grades were pretty poor. Now I'm planning on going back to (a different) school and I'd like to aim for a 4.0 GPA. If I don't list those old classes on my application and don't attempt to transfer the credits, will they still count? I already specified on my FAFSA that I'm a "returning college student." Will they have any way to check this, or will they have access to my old student record?
