Can i join to marines or army with one deaf ear?

what branch can i join with my physical problems? also i have one external testicle and the other is hidden. where do you think the branch of military where they can accept this?? Can i also lie to the hearing test so i would be not disqualify??
im not referring to US army.. i'm here in the philippines and probably they don't have hearing test device
