from a non military father? ok i am going to be a single mom and i want to join the military or reserves. my question is i no that you have to give up custody or temp custody or whatever which i would give to my parents. i no about some kind of family plan or whatnot if i get deployed. what about child support from the father? he is non military. i am just wondering if it would be possible to still get that. my kid can still live with me right its just if i get deployed he would go to my parents? any info would help.
