Can I join the military as an Officer but still get training for an enlisted job?

My bachelors degree is in Business, but I want to train to be a Radiology or ultrasound tech. Those seem to be enlisted careers, but since I'm a college grad, I want to come in as an Officer. Is there anyway I can do this and if so what branches should I focus on?
