when i was 17 i hung with the wrong crowd, my ex-boyfriend set me up, with no prior record, i got arrested for the methamphetamine that he had bought. i was charged with possession of a controlled substance of methamphetamine in the amount of less than 1 gram. I didn't go to court untill i was 18 and I recieved a pre-trial diversion, which I was told is better than a deferred adjudication, I recieved 1 year probation and i completed it succesfully. I would like to join the air force but im not sure if i would be accepted with the charges on my record.
can i join the air force with a felony arrest with a pre trial diversion conviction?
