Can I Install the Lexus HID license plate lamps on my Chevy Impala?

I have a 2004 Chevrolet Impala and I was wondering if I can install them bright OEM Lexus HID license plate lamps on my Impala. I mean is there a way where I can somehow solder or splice the wires to have the bright HID lights on my car like those Lexus?
 
yea i did something like that on my truck with the led light bar. i had wires where my electrical is for a trailer so i connected into those. you can pick up a manuel that has lots of info about that stuff at like advanced autoparts or something for like $20 that will show you which wires do which so you can tap into the right ones. i would see if you could tap in by your tail light wires.
