can i install photoshop on 2 computers if I uninstall it from the one its currently on?

I'm getting a new laptop and I was wondering If I would be able to install photoshop on my new laptop as well as my desktop computer, as long as I unistall it from the laptop first. It says it can only be installed on 2 computers.
