Can I install android on any device?

I'm under the ignorance of android but since 2.2 i think I'm getting interested on android my first question would be can I install android on ANY devices like nokia 5610 or just devices with multi-touch like HTC? please educate me
@Joe - So it's not welcome for any device?
 
some people have managed to do it, like with the iphone. but your phone doesn't even have symbian on it, and is a feature phone (im pretty sure) so i really doubt any one has developed android for it, also i couldn't find how fast your phone is, which makes me also think that its not a smart phone.


in other words your best bet would be to buy a new android phone.

there are some pretty cheap android devices out now though but 2.2 is pretty new atm , maybe get it around Christmas time?
