Can I install Adobe Flash Player on iPod Touch (jailbroken) through SSH?

and if so, what folder do i place the stuff in, and how to i do it?

(I already SSH'd it, so I know that part)
FW is 2.2.1 with Cydia, Installer, Installous pre-set in there
