can i install a new radio into any car?

yes you can. if its a proprietary dash mount then they make kits for it. if its a universal mount then you can just buy the radio, the harness, and pretty much match up the colors and bada bing, new stereo installed

it can be done just do everything it says its hard to do for a whole radio but the person above me did a pretty good answer i use that site he listed,really useful im actually useing it right now to install speakers

Yes but have it installed by a professional. Some radios have codes that must be entered, so you may need to take it to a toyota dealership.
