Can I improve my marks of M.A.(History) just after doing M.Phil(History)?

I cleared M.A. in History from Himachal in 2006 (correspondence) with 50% marks and then did M.Phil in History from Alagappa through Open Learning in 2008 and secured 59 % marks. Then I appeared in two papers of M.A. and improved my marks in aggregate up to 55% in 2009. Can I show these improvements to any department?
