I have windows vista home premium, I want to create a web page. I know I have to buy the domain name but I want to save costs on web hosting I want to do it entirely on my own with what I have on this computer. Inter Core 2 Duo, 1 Terra of Hard Drive Space and 4 gigs of DDR3. I want to have access to MySQL and PHP for this
