Can I hook cable to the Sharper Image 7" portable TV?

I know it has an atsc/ntsc tuner but if I want to watch my baseball games on a cable channel outside on my deck. I know you can watch TV on your phone. is there something that will plug into the USB or MMC/SD Card Input? (Can you tell I'm not the most savvy electronic person?)
