I am intending on going to california later this year and thinking of hiring a car to travel up the coastline, however I will only recently have passed my test (fingers crossed), my boyfriend will have been driving 3 years... Would it be legal to share the driving? Also do I need an IDP?
Can i hire a car in the US if I have just passed a GB driving test?
