Can I have some HTML scripts?

I'm making a website, and it uses HTML. And I don't know how to script HTML! So I was wondering if anyone could either make scripts for me (lol. Probably not.) or find some on the Internet! I need one for a chat thing like Facebook, so it's on the bottom and follows you to pages. One for a sign-up/sign-in box. And that kind of thing.
