I am 19 years old and I finally can afford to take on a cell phone plan myself. The problem that Im having is that I don't know for myself if I can get one... Meaning do they allow a 19 year old to have a cell phone plan? Also do they do a credit check? Because I myself dont have credit. And I also have another issue... When I was younger, I used to overdraft alot on my account. The last time I overdrafted, they put me in the chexsystem. Now its hard for me to get a regular checking account. I have a 2nd chance checking account with chase, but its not like a regular checking account. Will that matter?? Please answer. Thanks!
