My UAE employment visa is in progress . I have already sent documents required for it which includes passport copy, photographs & ORIGINAL degree certificate (verified by a long procedure). I was not very much satisfied with salary & job role offered but accepted because I stayed unemployed for long after recession..2009.
Now the problem is while my visa is under process I got a call from the company i always wanted to work with .. with better salary & good post. I just dont want to miss on it.
Is there a way out? If I ask them to stop my visa process for any reason I am worried that I will be banned for 6 months. or they just might not give me my degree certificate back.
Also in thie company contract letter it was mentioned that I cannot work in another organisation for 1 year after leaving their company.
I really need this job to support my family. Is there a good way of getting my documents back & not getting banned in UAE for another job? What happens if two companies simultaneously apply for one persons work visa? What happens if i make them cancel my application ? will I still need Noc? Will i be banned?
