can i go to the jail if im 20 and shes 16?

the age of consent differs from state to state but if you are in a state where the consenting age is 17 or 18 you will probably end up in jail for either rape in the 2nd or sagitory rape and her parents dont have to be the ones to press charges. for instance the school or another person can call child protective services and say you 2 are together and having sex (obviously), they can press charges and you could be looking at about 7 years. my brother is in the same situation only he is only 2 years older then her and shes not pregnant.
 
Possibly it depends on what state you live in and when you started having sex with her.

depends on which state your in, cuz the legal age of consent changes, look up the age of consent in your state, if it is 16 or under then no they can't do anythign to you legally, you cant go to jail or get fined or anythign like that, but if the age of consent is 17 or over, then they can press charges no matter if it was consentual or not and u'll go to jail, she doesnt even need to testify they just need ur dna
