Can I go to Jail when i have my baby!?!?

Im 17 and my boyfriend is 15. Im 5 weeks pregnant and im worried that i might go to jail im turning 18 in 2 months and he turns 16 in 6 months. Could i go to jail when i have the baby... I know we're both young and Yes people we did use protection i dont need to hear how dumb we are just want to know what could happen.
