Long story short, I saw my girlfriend kiss some guy In some parking lot, I reached up under my car seat, got my gun and pointed it both of them, And I told them I was going to f*cking kill them both, of course I didn't, I should've but I didn't. If this guy reports this, I cant get charged with attempted assualt if the chamber was empty?
