I have a soul custody and i did not let my husband see our son on 4 of July (his Holiday). Now they do emergency motion because he want to take him either for 5 days (extended holiday - make up) or put me in jail.
Its happen only once and there is never problems visitation.

You disobeyed a direct court order and you know it. Now you must face the consequences. What you did was not only legally wrong but morally wrong. What if he did the same thing to you and the roles were reversed? It is not fair of you to keep his son away from him. This child has two parents and not just one. Did you not get the memo? Jail would be a bit extreme but you are in contempt of court and if that is the ruling then you must adhere to it. It is sad that mothers like you are so bitter towards the fathers that you make such stupid mistakes as this. It was his holiday and you denied him of his rights. I think custody should be shared at this point. The son should be with his father anyway. You cannot teach him how to be a man and plus this example is a bad one you are setting. I am a woman and yes I feel this way. You should not have done that. He has every right to call an emergency hearing because if he lets this slide you will feel like you can do this to him all the time and justice must be served.
