I recently was divorced, I lost my job so I have no money to pay my half of the bills in full. No deadline was set for the payment and she is now threatening with contempt charges. We discussed a payment at the hearing but nothing was put in paper about the payment or deadline. Can she charge me with contempt in the state of Ohio and can I go to jail for this?
