Ok i recently got introuble for something stupid . i just went to court for assualt & battery with dangerous weapon toilet paper . the judge told me to not be in contact with 3 kids or i could be held up to 60 days no bail . now i have another court date on december 15th and i was wondering if anyone thinks i will be arrested or please give me advice thank you .
Can i go to jail for assualt & battery?
