Can I go to a school guidance conselor for my sever depression?

in mostt schools Guidence councellers arent allowed to tell anyone about youre problems if you go to them , so yeah go ahead if you need help.. trust me.

Needless to say im feeling suicidal and I dont feel like I really want to live anymore, I just feel like sleeping forever and not waking up. I dont want to describe my problems on yahoo answers, but can I go to a school guidance conselor and tell him/her how I am feeling...? Will they help me?
 
Of course they will and they're required by law to keep your issues a secret from everyone but your family (unless you're 18).

Please get help if you feel you need it. I've struggled with the same thing for years and only with help will it ever get better. Don't be afraid to ask.
