Can I get toned legs by going on my bicycle everyday for about 10-20 minutes?

I want to tone my legs. I don't like running in public, so I figured maybe going on my bike everyday for 10 - 20 minutes would make a difference because I often go very fast and I can feel my muscles in my legs when I cycle (don't worry about being fast because there is a cycle lane where I live).
Is this a good way to get toned legs?

I seem to be very sensitive to exercise, usually I can see a difference in a week if I exercise daily for a few days.
 
No. You can't even get warmed up in that amount of time.At least 30 minutes a day might do it if your route isn't too easy.
 
Not sure if 10-20 minutes a day is enough. Start there, and if you see the results begin to show you may want to up it to 40-60 minutes a day. Then you will see more results and you may want to take it to 90-120 minutes a day. I guarantee that if you ride 120 minutes a day, results will be noticed by everyone.
