I have a 2004 Ford F150 and the power steering went out. I just got it back from a friend this weekend. I had a question posted on here earlier about why my power steering went out but thats neither here nor there now. I drove it and OMG, i couldnt turn the wheel very well, it stuck like glue then it would loosen as i went straight, and when i would try and turn it was like i had to turn into the incredible hulk LOL. What was weird was it was very jerky around corners, almost couldnt turn at all.
So my question is....Can someone walk me through the steps to fix it? Im going to do it myself. I have the tools but I have never done this before, but am not afraid to do it. I just need to know what to do. So if one of you Fantastic Ford Mechanics *wink can help a girl out...I would very much appreciate it
