Before I pull out my hair, can I get a rep to tell me WHY my e-mail hasn't been delivered to my phone in over a week?

Phone: BlackBerry 8120
OS: 4.5.0.81
Platform: 2.7.0.78

I have deleted the service books, re-sent them, and have resorted to deleting my email accounts (all but my BlackBerry account) off my phone until this problem is solved.

Very frustrated user about to port here in Texas

I have had the same problem in the past. I find that deleting the accounts from BIS and resetting them and then resending the service books usually works.

Is the same thing happening on all of your BB's (I see you have three activated according to your sig.)?

True, I was informed that if we transfer a customer to Blackberry Tech Support it would cost them $50...I work for Sprint Customer Care...IDK how tmo does it

Wow really...cause when I called and the T-Mobile tech could not help me with my email problem she transferred me to RIM and they did not say anything about paying.

I hope its not that much just because of a signal or email issue. I just want a phone that works the way it is supposed to. I have gone through way too many phones since 2003. I may wait out this contract and see what my options are. If I can't, I'll switch to something more reliable.

Same here. T-MO rep couldn't help me with my problem, transferred me to RIMM support, and no charge. I am in Houston as well Erica, and seen that you have been having trouble. I can not imagine what the problem is!!!!

Hey I am a tmob rep and usually the problem with the emails not send us the service books or you just need to delete your email accounts ndd then reinstal them, if this does not fix the problem then you need to call customer care.... And yes it is free.... They will do what they need on their end and.. voila. That should work just give them a call!

I'm giving this one more chance. If I don't get any email by tomorrow, I'm deleting them off the BlackBerry for good.
