I can't remember the name, but it was somewhere along the lines of "Captain Clean and the Germ" or something.
I saw it a long time ago, but I clearly remember that the battle between Captain Clean and the Germ ended with the germ being dropped onto a lightbulb and sizzling up. He made this hilarious hiiisss of death before escaping. Captain Clean or whatever lived in this can of disinfectant or something and when the chick sprayed it he flew out to battle germs and whatnot.
ahhhhhh it used to show every now and then when I was a little kid, so somewhere around 1998-ish? I was born in 1993.
