Can I get ringtones transferred onto my new phone?

If both of your phone with infrared or bluetooth function, you can easy activated and make transfer your song through infrared or bluetooth. Another way is use your phone software that had installed in PC. Transfer your song from your phone memory to PC and from your PC transfer again to your new phone.
 
I am getting a phone upgrade, right now I have the Env2 and I am getting the LG Cosmos. I have 6 ringtones on my phone that I paid for through VZW Tones Deluxe on my phone. I really don't want to lose them because I paid $2.99 for each of them. Do you know if I can get them transferred?
