Can I get ringtones off of my old phone?

I have an old tracphone, nokia 2126i that has a data port on the bottom. It has ringtone I want. I can get a data cable for it, Does anyone know if there is a way to get it off of the phone on to my computer so that I can get it on my xv6900? thanks
