I can't believe people still actually ask this question. YES!!!! Premature ejaculation is always a risk. Even if you have a condom on, it can break. Even if you're on birth control, it can fail. There is always a risk of getting pregnant if you are having intercourse, no matter what. It sounds like you might be a bit young/immature to be having sex. You should stop now and wait until you're ready and more educated!!
