can I get pregnant if I had sex a day before my period?

I took a 72 pill 4 days ago and my period came on but me and my bf had unprotected sex a day before my period came on and there wasn't no pull out. my period only last for 3 days I dont no if its because of the 72 hour pill or something else. I just want to know I am at high risk for pregnancy?
 
the 72 hr pill makes you have your period as far as how long it lasts i dont know it lasted a week when i took it with heavy bleeding. my suggestion is to stop having unprotected sex get on birth control so you won't have to worry so much. i got bc at the health clinic for free.
 
Well you can get pregnant even when you have your period, so it is possible that you are.
