Can I Get Into San Diego State University?

Im not from California. I'm from New Mexico. I have a 3.1 GPA. Im part hispanic, part african american. I'm involved in numerous extra curricualr activities and well known around my community. My grades suffered my junior year becuase I was hospatilized for about 2 months, and my GPA reflects that. What do you think?
