Can I get into Mizzou or the University of Iowa?

I'm a high school senior, and I already know what college I plan on attending. However, since I might as well, I want to apply to some "reach schools" that I would have a slight chance of getting in to. I've already applied to SIUe, which is where I plan on going. I've got a 3.1 GPA, my grade trend from freshman to senior year went waaaayyy up from C's and D's my freshman year to almost a 4.0 my junior year, I have a 24 ACT Composite which I might take again, a few community service hours, 3 years of marching/pep band where I played 2 instruments, I will be starting after school peer-tutoring where I'll tutor Spanish 1 students, 4 years of golf both jv and varsity, and a decent amount of clubs throughout the years (1 yr student council, 4 years with 2 different science clubs, 1 year school spirit club, etc). I also have a crappy class rank though.
 
mIzzou balances the ACT with the GPA. so mizzou is your best bet. But 24 is a pretty good ACT score so you'll should get into both. Apply early just to be sure.
