can i get into festivals with my working with children card as proof of id?

im going to stereosonic on sunday
and the only form of current id i have is my working with children check card
it has my name, date of birth and photo
and its a proper goverment issued card
will that be acepted at proof of id at the festival?
another thing is my cousin sold me her ticket which has her name on it,
will i still be able to use that ticket although is in someone elses name?
please reply as i need to know before sunday
