Can I get in trouble with Sony if I lie about my age if I create a psn I'd?

Hi so I'm 16 and I was going to create q psn I'd and I found out that the sub account is cuard ,so can I upgrade a sub account to master after I turn 18 ? or should I bump my age to 18 ? ( my mom let's me play m rated games if that helps)
