I'm having a horrible problem with a coworker. This person is actually a contractor and not an employee of the company I work for. She is sabotaging me, making an hostile aggressive work environment, she goes off on me and points her finger in my face, she doesn't do her work and I need to send her emails about it and she does not acknowledge them, she sends me emails in bold text and the list goes on. The thing that bothers me the most is she acts totally different when the boss is around. What should I do?
