Can I get in to University of NC - chapel hill?

GPA - 3.8 unweighted
Class rank - 1/85 (college prep school)
AP Classes - 9 by the time of graduation
I take 7 -8 classes year round at my school (we have two semesters, but classes continue for both)
straight A's and one B (ahh physics...)

ECs:

community service once or twice a week in the spring
varisty volleyball
basketball - don't play, but keep score book/stats for both teams (girls and boy)
Art club
class vice president
Relay for Life Team - founder
Teen writer for local newspapers

and in the summers I work part time at a local animal hospital, and do various community service activities, and I continue writing for the paper

I haven't taken the SAT yet, but my pre-SAT scores weren't as high as I'd like - mid 50s/60s -BUT I am taking class and studying!
ALSO, my pre-ACT score was a 24/25

Could I get in?
