I have done the whole thing without a lawyer. I have already filed the petition and the waiver signed my my husband. I have waited 60 days and now once Im able to go home I will be finalizing the divorce. I have the divorce decree papers and Im filling them out but had a question about the "Property and Debts" section. If me and my husband dont have one single thing that we need to divide up. Like no property or anything that we are going to fight over do I need to fill that section out?
Or should I leave it blank?
And about the community property do I jus check all the boxes that gives me everything in my name and gives him everything in his name? We are not spliting any money and Im not asking for anything from him
