i went to court for a theft charge under 50 dollars. my fine is 600 dollars. i stopped smoking pot as soon as i found out i was gonna be on probation just in case. but it takes a month to get thc out of my system. what happens if they drug test me and i fail because thc is still in my system from weeks ago? should they even drug test me?
can i get drug tested on probation for a non drug related charge?
